FAQ
Are the files high-res?
Yes. All files will be provided in high-res format (12 in at 300 dpi). I also provide a vector file which means you can scale it to any size for all of your print needs.
Are revisions included?
Each plan above has a maximum amount of time alloted for revision requests. Beyond that, additional revisions can be done at the rate of $85/hr.
I already have the logo in my head or on paper, I just need help cleaning it up. Do you do this too?
What is the Social Media Image Kit and what does it include?
Common options include, but are not limited to:
- Facebook Cover Photo
- Twitter Header
- LinkedIn Header
- Youtube Channel Banner
*Social media kits usually require the incorporation of at least one photographic image for the background/composition. Planted Sky will assist in choosing the right image, but licensing fees to the image are not included in the pricing. It is up to you to either provide this photo or cover the cost of licensing.
What is the Branding Guide PDF?
The Branding Guide PDF is a detailed resource for you to use across all of your branding efforts moving forward. This includes:
- Hex color code specifications
- All font files* (when applicable)
- Any other relevant elements or features of the logo/brand guidelines (polka dot patterns, specific textures, etc) (when applicable)
- Display do’s and don’ts.
*Additional licensing fees for font use are not included in Planted Sky’s costs.
Does the Business Card Design include printing too?
No. Printing costs are separate depending on your needs (quantity, material, etc). This item is strictly for the layout and design files, not the actual printed materials. Please contact us to discuss printing needs to get a separate quote.
